This I have endeavored to do over the past twenty years as I have submitted my results to the secular scientific community for review and publication. The results of those endeavors have been recounted in detail in my recent book Creation's Tiny Mystery. There I attempted to provide a basis for laymen and scientists to arrive at an intelligent decision about the scientific validity of my discoveries of evidence for creation and a young age of the earth. As necessary as it has been for my work to go through the referee procedures mandated by the secular scientific community, I consider it just as necessary for it to be scrutinized by the reviewers chosen by the organizing committee of the ICC. The article I submitted for these ICC Proceedings is part of a paper originally published in 1984 in the Proceedings of the Sixty-Third Annual Meeting of the Pacific Division of the AAAS. At that time I requested a vigorous response to the evidences for creation and a young age of the earth summarized therein.

23.7 The Customer agrees that CoreLogic may (and may invite other to) send the Customer (and its staff) commercial electronic messages marketing CoreLogic’s goods and services and new products. If the Customer does not exercise its termination right the continued use of the products will constitute binding acceptance of the variation. 24.2 No right under this Agreement will be deemed to be waived except by notice in writing signed by the Party to be bound. 25.1 The Customer may not assign, transfer, novate, subcontract or otherwise dispose of any benefits, rights, liabilities or obligations under this Agreement or any part of this Agreement without the prior written consent of CoreLogic. 25.2 CoreLogic is permitted to assign its interests, and novate its obligations (without recourse by the Customer) under this Agreement by notice in writing to the Customer. 26.1 This Agreement is deemed to have been made in New Zealand and is governed by New Zealand Law. Any dispute relating to this Agreement shall be referred to the New Zealand courts and the New Zealand courts shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine such dispute. 27.2 If one or more of the provisions of this Agreement will be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, existence, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected, prejudiced or impaired. 27.3 This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts (including email PDFs), all of which when signed and taken together constitute a single agreement between the Parties.

In the family law property settlement process, it is necessary to identify contributions made by the parties. The Family Law Act 1975 provides for an assessment of financial and non-financial contributions. One of the specific non-financial contributions assessed and considered by the court are homemaker contributions. What are homemaker contributions? For example, if a wife stayed at home to look after the house and did the cooking, cleaning, washing and ironing etc whilst the husband worked in gainful employment, then those duties will be considered when determining the property settlement between the parties. In the example above, collaboration the contribution made by the wife at home allowed the husband to work full-time and earn an income and superannuation.
